Resources
I have used the organisations, people and books listed below as resources and found them to be practical, useful, innovative and inspiring.
The ultimate resource is of course life itself and I believe the first port of call is to consult with your own inner wisdom and from there decide what is most needed by you and by the situation. You may find the answer comes immediately and you know exactly what to do and how to do it. Alternatively, you may feel the next step is to get some assistance.
